Why NOGA MT?
NOGA MT is the machine-tools division of NOGA — deburring specialists since 1980, from hand deburring tools to automatic tools for CNC machines and robots.
Three tool families, each for a different job
UBACK machines the back of a hole, UBURR deburrs hole edges, and UFIBER finishes surfaces and details. Open a family for sizes, technical data and part numbers.
UBACK® — reach the rear face from the front.
One tool machines the hidden back face of a hole from the front — no flipping the part, no second setup.
- EnterThe closed tool goes in through the existing hole.
- OpenThe machine's coolant pressure opens the insert behind the part.
- Machine & exitIt machines the back face, closes and comes back out.
You need rear counterbores, spotfaces, chamfers or countersinks without turning or flipping the part.
Two insert types for the UBACK tool-holder:
UBURR® — deburr the front and back edge in one process.
One tool deburrs the front and back edge of a through-hole in a single CNC pass, so far less manual deburring is left after machining. Uses DURASHIELD tool-holders.
You need repeatable CNC deburring of both edges of a drilled through-hole.
UFIBER® — ceramic fiber tools for deburring, polishing & finishing.
Three tool types for deburring, polishing and finishing: brushes for surfaces and holes, thin discs for grooves, and diamond stones for very hard materials. Use them on CNC machines, robots or by hand.

What is NOGA MT?
NOGA MT (NOGA Machine Tools) is the machine-tools division of NOGA. NOGA has made deburring tools since 1980; NOGA MT develops automatic deburring, back-machining and finishing tools for CNC machines and robots: UBACK, UBURR and UFIBER.
Which machines can I use NOGA MT tools on?
UBACK runs on CNC machines. UBURR runs on CNC machines or a hand motor. UFIBER tools work on CNC machines and robots, and some of them by hand with the UFIBER Portable E-Pack.
What do I need to use UBACK?
An existing through-hole (pilot Ø8–25 mm) and machine coolant pressure of at least 6 bar / 90 psi. The UBACK Configurator helps you check the dimensions and generates the CNC program.
Which hole sizes can UBURR deburr?
UBURR deburrs the front and back edges of through-holes from Ø3 to Ø25 mm in one pass, with three blade types: PL, ML and HL.
How do I get help choosing the right tool?
