The N70K Blade – BN7001 is a precision H.S.S. deburring blade designed for key seats, slots, and narrow internal edges.
Its specialized geometry allows controlled removal of burrs from keyways and similar recessed features where standard deburring blades may have limited access. With a working range of 1.2-8 mm, the N70K is well suited for machining, maintenance, toolmaking, and general metalworking applications.
Manufactured from durable High-Speed Steel (H.S.S.) with a hardness of 62-64 Rc, the blade provides reliable cutting performance and good wear resistance. Its 55° cutting angle helps provide accurate, controlled deburring while maintaining easy manual handling.
