The N80 Blade – BN8010 is a heavy-duty H.S.S. deburring blade designed for efficient edge finishing on thin sheet metal and similar flat workpieces.
With a working range of 0-12 mm, the N80 is suitable for removing burrs and sharp edges from sheet metal after cutting, punching, machining, or fabrication. Its geometry provides controlled manual deburring while allowing the blade to follow the edge of the workpiece smoothly.
Manufactured from durable High-Speed Steel (H.S.S.) with a hardness of 62-64 Rc, the N80 provides reliable cutting performance and good wear resistance for repetitive production, maintenance, fabrication, and general metalworking applications.
The 55° cutting angle supports precise material removal while helping achieve a clean, smooth finished edge. The N80 is designed for use with compatible Noga deburring tools and holders.
