The N80M42 Blade – BN8043 is a high-performance double-edge deburring blade designed for efficient finishing of thin sheet metal and similar flat workpieces, particularly when working with harder materials.
Manufactured from M42 Super H.S.S., the N80M42 offers increased hardness and wear resistance compared with the standard H.S.S. N80 blade, making it well suited for demanding and repetitive deburring applications.
With a working range of 0-12 mm and a 55° cutting angle, the blade allows controlled removal of burrs and sharp edges from sheet metal after cutting, punching, machining, or fabrication. Its double-edge design helps achieve a clean and consistent finish along the workpiece edge.
