The N80KM42 Blade – BN8143 is a high-performance double-edge deburring blade designed for key seats, keyways, slots, and narrow machined features, particularly when working with harder materials.
Manufactured from M42 Super H.S.S., the N80KM42 offers increased hardness and wear resistance compared with standard H.S.S. versions, making it well suited for demanding and repetitive deburring applications.
Its specialized geometry allows controlled removal of burrs from recessed edges and confined areas where standard deburring blades may have limited access. With a working range of 2.4-11 mm and a 55° cutting angle, it provides precise and efficient finishing of keyways and similar internal features.
