To achieve mark-free CNC deburring and high-quality surface finishing on a small stainless steel 420 component, eliminating line marks caused by traditional buffing wheels.

The customer also aimed to replace manual deburring of small parts with a repeatable, automated CNC process suitable for future production volumes.

  • UF4450/UF-EB-O-D5-L20, Ø5 mm UFIBER End Brush with Orange grit #600–primary surface finishing

  • UF3410/UF-PB-O-D1-L20, Ø1 mm UFIBER Point Brush with Orange grit #600–finishing of fine features and small surfaces
